     Mexican Lasagna

Ingredients
1- 10.75 oz. can cr. of chick soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 pint whipping cream
2 cans diced gr. chilies
1 T. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
3 c. shredded chicken breasts
3 T. butter
1/2 c. diced onion
 
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1/2 c. diced gr. pepper
1 pkg. tortillas
4 c. shred. ched cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 pan
Stir tog. first 6 ingred. Stir in chicken. Sautee onion and pepper in butter until soft. Add to chicken mixture.
Spread some of chicken mixture in pan. Top with 4 tortillas and 1/2 c. cheese. Repeat layers ending with tortillas and remaining cheese.
Bake 45 min. until bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with salsa, sour cream, cilantro, guacamole
