Ingredients
3 lbs asparagus ends trimmed
3 T fresh lemon juice
1/3 C olive oil
 

Instructions
cook in a large pot of boiling salted water until crisp and tender about 4 min. drain rinse with cold water and drain again. pat dry mix lemon juice and olive oil and drizzle over asparagus and serve
