Cheesecake Factory Santa Fe Chicken Salad

Ingredients
-
6 Chicken Breasts - Halved
-
1/2 c Teriyaki Marinade
-
16 c Romaine and Leaf Lettuce
-
1 c Cilantro
-
2 (15oz) Cans Black Beans - Rinsed
-
2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn - Drained
-
3 Cups Jack Cheese - Grated
-
3 Cups Corn Tortillas - Cut in Strips and Toasted
 

Instructions
Marinate chicken 1 hour in teriyaki marinade. Broil and basted chicken approximately 15 minutes; cool, then cut into bite size pieces or shred.
Tear greens, top each with chicken, 1/4 cup cheese, tomatoes, 1/2 cup Bean Relish and 2 tablespoons corn. Drizzle with Peanut Dressing.
