     Chicken Tamale Casserole

Ingredients
1c 4-cheese blend shredded
1/3c milk
1/4c egg substitute
1tsp cumin
14oz cream style corn
8.5oz box corn muffin mix
4oz can chopped green chilie
10oz enchilada sauce
2c cooked chicken
 
1/2c sour cream
Instructions
Combine 1/4c cheese and the next 6 ingredients and pour into dish. Bake 400 for 15min.
Pour enchilada sauce and chicken on top cover with remaining cheese and bake 10min. Top with sour cream
