Ingredients
10 slices peppridge farm sliced white bread and 1-2 extra
2 cups grated cheddar
9 eggs
3 C milk
1 tsp mustard
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
 
Instructions
Combine cheese and bread and place in 8 1/2 X 11 baking dish. Mix eggs, milk. mustard, salt and pepper and whisk.
pour over bread and cheese mixture. let stand 1 hour or overnight in refrigerater.
preheat oven to 350 bake 40 minutes until set.
serve with bacon on side or crumpled on top.
