Ingredients
-
2 lb. carrots boiled until tender (25 min) and mashed
-
1 stick butter
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
3 eggs
-
3 T self rising flour
-
1 t baking powder
-
1/4 t cinnamon
 

Instructions
mix all ingrediens well and pour into a baking dish. (9 X 9) bake in preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes uncovered.
