     Cranberry-horseradish Relish

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cranberries, picked through
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
 

Instructions
Combine cranberries and sugar in food processor. Blend until chunky but not too smooth.
Remove mixture to bowl, add horseradish and lemon juice. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or up to three days.
Taste before serving and adjust flavors.
Serving Suggestions
Makes for a great, fresh alternative to canned craberries and is wonderful on sandwiches as a spread.
