     Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup Corn Oil
3 Cups Sugar
4 Eggs
2 Cups canned Pumpkin
2/3 Cups Water
3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Soda
 
1 1/2 tsp Salt
8 oz softened cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients and then add the next 5 ingredients and mix well.
Grease 2 (9x5) pans, bake 45-50 min, depending on your oven, you might need to bake for an extra 5 minutes.
For the Icing, mix the last 4 ingredients.
