     Layered Applesauce & Oats

Ingredients
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cups uncooked oats (not instant oats)
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
 

Instructions
In a skillet melt butter, next toast oats on med heat stirring constantly. Stir in brown sugar and nuts. Take a 9x9 pan. Layer applesauce and oat mixture. Repeat. Put in oven for 10-15 min @ 300. Good for Breakfast, and can make the night before and micro for the next morning!
