Boil water, put fat in , boil, put in flour at once-stir until it leaves sides thick. Take pan off, beat whole eggs in ( one at a time). Beat real hard-put 1 tsp at a time on greased tin-hot over 400 degrees- for 10 min. until they have raised. Then turn down to 325 25 or 30 min.
