     Spinach and Ricotta

Ingredients
1 Package frozen spinach-not squeezed
3-4 Garlic cloves
1/2 Cup oil
1 Lb. Bow-Tie pasta
15 Oz. Ricotta cheese
Salt to taste (actually a lot of it)
 
Instructions
Sautee garlic in oil. Mix with spinach. Microwave garlic and spinach mix to warm. In the meantime, cook pasta.
Drain pasta. Mix with spinach and ricotta.
