1 13.75 oz. can artichoke hearts, rinsed and quartered
salt & pepper
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
Cook the pasta as directed. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
Heat 1/4 cup of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the beans, artichokes, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes.
Dump the bean mixture onto the pasta in the pot. Add the reserved pasta water and toss everything until combined. Sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Toss and serve.
