     Rocky Road Candy

Ingredients
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 (12-ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
1 (10 1/2-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
 

Instructions
In large heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter with milk; remove from heat.
In large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows; stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in 13x9-inch baking pan lined with wax paper.
Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove candy from pan; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers loosely covered at room temperature.
*Microwave Method: In 1-quart glass measure, combine chocolate chips, butter and milk. Cook on HIGH 3 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Proceed as directed above.
