     Chile Con Queso

Ingredients
2 pound box Velveeta cheese
16 ounce small curd cottage cheese
12 ounce can Pet milk
2 Tablespoons butter
1 bunch drieed green onions
1 diced bell pepper
Diced jalapenos
Flour
 

Instructions
Saute pepper and onions in butter until clear; sprinkle with some flour to thicken. Melt Velveeta, cottage cheese and milk in microwave. Blend in peppers and onions with cheese mixture; add jalapenos and some of the juice to the desired taste. Serve in a crock pot to keep hot.
