Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound roll pork sausage
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 pounds Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, diced
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
 
1 cup onion, chopped

Instructions
Saute onion with ground beef and sausage until tender; drain well. In slow cooker, place cheese and Cheddar cheese soup; heat slowly.
While cheese is melting, place remaining ingredients in meat mixture; cook on medium heat 10 minutes. After cheese melts, add meat to cheese; mix. Keep hot; serve.
