     Maw-Maw's Chicken Pie

Ingredients
1 lb cooked chicken, chopped
Salt
Coarse Ground Pepper
1- 10oz bag frozen thawed peas/carrots
2 cans Health Valley Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tbsp. Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 ½ cups self-rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
 
½ cup butter, melted

Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees. COOK chicken with salt and pepper to taste. PLACE chopped chicken in a lightly greased 12x8 inch-baking dish. Cover with vegetables.
BLEND soup, chicken base, and cornstarch together in food processor. Pour mixture evenly over chicken. WHISK together flour, buttermilk and butter; spoon batter evenly over chicken mixture.
BAKE 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
