     No Peek Beef Stew

Ingredients
5 pounds lean stew meat
10 mediumm potatoes, peeled and diced
5 carrots, sliced
2 cup celery, sliced
2 onions, chopped
2 bottles Snappy Tom vegetable juice
6 Tablespoons dry tapioca
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
 
2 Tablespoons dry parsley flakes

Instructions
Place all ingredients in roaster; stir. Cover; bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Don't peek, just let it cook slow. It will be delicious.
