Preptime   2 hr. before cooking

Ingredients
1 pk. dry active yeast
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbs. Milk
1 egg
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 cup flour
 

Instructions
Disolve the yeast in warm water.
Add the sugar and wet ingredients. Then add the flour. Knead.
Form balls and flatten. Cover them with plastic wrap and let them rise (up to 2 hours). Knead each one a little, roll out with a rolling pin.
Fry each one in a large skillet on Med-High heat. Use oil to coat the bottom of the skillet. The bread will have nice medium brown spots on it and it may bubble a bit as it cooks.
Serving Suggestions
I serve this with rice and curry dishes.
