     Apricot-Nut Bars

Ingredients
Crust:
1 C Flour
1/2 C Butter
1/4 C Powdered Sugar
Topping:
1/4 C Apricot preserves
1/2 C Honey
1 C chopped Mixed Nuts
 

Instructions
Mix Flour, Butter and Sugar. Press into 9 x 9 cake pan. Bake at 350 degress for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
Spread with Preserves. Mix Nuts with Honey. Spread over preserves, being careful not to move preserves. Bake 15 minutes. Cool & Cut into bars.
