     Mom's Sweet 'n' Sour Pork

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Pork (Tenderloin or Chops)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp Milk
1 C Corn Starch
2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Oil
1/2 C chopped Onion
1/2 C chopped Bell Pepper
 
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/2 C Water
1 Lg can of chunk Pineapple
1/8 C Vinegar
1 Tblsp Ketchup
Cooked Rice

Instructions
Cut Pork into small 1/2 inch cubes. Mix Eggs with Milk. Mix Cornstarch with Ginger & Garlic. Roll Cubes in Egg Mixture, then Cornstarch mixture. Set aside. Fry Onion 3 min in oil. Add Meat, and fry for 3 min, or untill browned on outside. Add Soy Sauce, Bell Pepper, Water, Juice from Pineapple, Vinegar & Ketchup. Simmer on low, untill thickened, about 15-20 Min. Add Pineapple & serve over rice.
Serving Suggestions
Can add thinly sliced Carrots at same time as Bell Pepper.
