     Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1/8 to 1 tsp Sirachi Chili Sauce (very spicey)
1/4 C Vinegar
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tblsp Ground Peanuts (Unsalted)
 

Instructions
Sauce: Mix all but Ground Peanuts in Small sauce pan. Bring to a Boil. Boil 2 Min. Remove from heat. Cool. Add Ground Peanuts. Mix well.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Chan Lam, Fried Shrimp or Fried Chicken.
