Chicken Salad

Ingredients

 2 cups cut up chicken

 1 cup celery ( optional)

 1 tbsp lemon juice
-
 Salt and pepper to taste
-
 1/2 cup mayo or desired amount
-
 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
 
Instructions
Add ingredients together. Add enough mayo to moisten. Fold in chopped eggs. Serve on lettuce leaves.
