1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 teaspoons salt
1 to 2 cups corn flakes crumbs
Instructions
Mix soup, sour cream, butter, cheese and salt in large bowl; add onions and potatoes, mixing well. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan; top with corn flakes crumbs and a little melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. May be made a day ahead.
