     Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
5 large potatoes (red)
Grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk, as desired
Butter, as desired
 

Instructions
microwave whole potatoes until done; allow cooked potatoes to stand approximately 10 minutes. Slice potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop potato from shell with spoon. Combine potatoes, salt, pepper, butter and milk; beat with electric mixer until fluffy. (Must continue to add milk and butter to achieve desired consistency.) Spoon potatoes back into shells; top with grated cheese. microwave until cheese melts.
