Press 3/4 t. pepper into meaty sides of chicken. Combine 1/3 c. melted butter and 1/4 c. chopped basil; stir well. Brush chicken with this mixture. Combine 1/2 c. softened butter, 2 T. basil, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Beat on low with electric mixer until smooth. Transfer to 4 small serving bowls. Grill chicken over med. coals - 10 minutes per side. Baste frequently with melted butter mixture. Serve chicken with individual bowl of basil/butter mixture for dipping.
