Preheat to 375. On double layer of wax paper, hand mix together meats, season with garlic s&p. Add in onions, ritz and egg. Continue to mix until evenly combined.
On large greased sheet pan. Form loaf (or loaf like shape). Top with tomato sauce and bacon.
Bake on 375 for 60mins, until meat is cooked.

Suggestions
Chop Potatos, Carrots, Onions and Squash to bake along with meat loaf.
