1/3 Cup all-purpose flour

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1TBSP cornstarch

Instructions |

|
Mix flour, sugars, nutmeg, cinnamon, and butter into crumb stage.

Fill Pie pan with 1 crust. Starting with Peaches layer peaches, crumbs, peaches, crumbs until both are gone.

cut 2nd crust into latice work and layer on top of filling
|
|
|
Cook at 450 for 15mins and then lower to 350 for another 30. or until crust is done. Then let sit in cooling oven for 1-2 hours
