     Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
1 Bag Frozen Shredded Hashbrowns
1 pint sour cream
1 stick butter
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Diced Ham or Crumbled Crispy Bacon
Salt & Pepper
 

Instructions
In a large sauce pan melt butter, stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until all melted together. Salt & pepper to taste.
Mix frozen hashbrowns and Ham or Bacon into the cheese mixture, coat well.
Transfer to a lightly buttered baking dish and bake on 350 for 20-30mins or until the top is golden.
