     Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
8 fl. oz. salad oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
13 fl. oz. evaporated milk
1 jar poppyseed filling
 
1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions
Sift dry ingredients; add liquids and mix until smooth.
Add poppyseed filling and nuts. Beat well on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into an ungreased 10-inch angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 10 minutes or until tested done. Cool on cake rack before removing from pan.
