Servings   2 crusts

2 cups flour
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup boiling water

Mix with fork. You want a soft dough - if it is too greasy, add a handful or 2 more flour & mix again. Do not overwork.
Divide into 2 equal portions. Roll each on floured surface into circle slightly larger than your pie plate.
