     Bow Tie Pasta and Chicken with Broccoli

Ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips
1 1/2 cup small broccoli flowerettes
3/4 cup oil packed, sun dried tomatoes, thoroughly drained and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Pinch red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup dry white wine
 
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 pound bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; saute garlic about 1 minute, until golden, stirring constantly. Add chicken strips; saute until white and almost completely cooked. Add broccoli; saute until crisp tender. Add tomatoes, basil, red pepper, salt and pepper; add wine. Add broth and butter; cook about 3 to 5 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally. Toss pasta with chicken mixture; serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
