     Crispy Oven Chicken

Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups Rice Crispies
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 

Instructions
Dip fryer pieces (skinned or non skinned) in evaporated milk. Roll in mixture of Rice Crispies, salt and black pepper. Place chicken in shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until tender.
