Bake potatoes in oven or microwave. Brown chicken, onions, bell pepper and crushed red pepper in butter or oil until chicken is done and vegetables are tender; season meat with salt, pepper, lemon and pepper seasoning, and taco seasoning. Cut potato in half; butter potato. Put chicken and onions on top of butter; top with cheese. Heat enough to melt cheese. Garnish with sour cream, picante sauce, and guacamole, if desired.
