     Delicious Low Fat Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1/2 cup low fat Bisquick
1/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons skim milk
1 egg white
1 2/3 cup mixed frozen vegetables
1 cup cut up chicken
1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix chicken, vegetables and soup together; put into pie plate or casserole dish. Mix Bisquick, milk, and egg whites; pour over chicken mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
