Salt and pepper chicken; dip in flour. Lightly brown chicken in oil in skillet. Place chicken in 8 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix both cans of soup and 1 soup can of milk together until smooth; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, ro until tender.
