     Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
6 to 8 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
Apricot preserves, or jelly
1 large bottle French salad dressing
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chives
 

Instructions
Lay chicken breast in bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Put large heaping Tablespoons of preserve on top of each breast; sprinkle with onion soup, minced garlic, cayenne and chives. Cover mixture entirely with French dressing; bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
