     Lemon Custard Cake

Ingredients
1 prepared Angel food cake
1 package instant lemon pudding (3.4 ounce)
1 1/2 cup cold milk
1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream
1 can (21 ounce) cherry or strawberry pie filling
1 small carton Cool whip
 

Instructions
Tear angel food cake into bite size pieces; place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and sour cream; beat until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over cake, spoon pie filling over; top with Cool Whip. Chill utnil serving time.
