Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Beat butter, sugar, borwn sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in dry mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
