     Toasted Pecans

Ingredients
4 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp tobasco sauce
 

Instructions
Pour pecan halves on a large baking pan, spreading them out evenly.
Melt butter in saucepan and add worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and tobasco sauce. Mix well and drizzle sauce over pecans.
Stir pecans just a little to make sure they are completely coated adn put them in a preheated 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Stir periodically to make sure they toast uniformly.
Remove from oven and pour on paper towels so that excess butter can be absorbed. Once they are cooled, store in airtight container.
