     Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
4 Cups Rhubarb, cut in 1/2 in pieces
1 1/2 Cup Sliced Strawberries
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs Minute Tapioca
TOPPING:
2/3 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Quick Oats
 
1/4 Cup Chopped nuts
3 Tbs Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 Cup Butter

Instructions
Combine in 8x8x2 baking dish and sprinkly with topping. Cook in microwave on high 10-12 minutes
Topping: Combine everything except butter. Cut butter in with pastry blenders.
