     Buckwheat pancakes 2

Ingredients
3/4 cup buckwheat ffour
1 tsp baking powder (aluminum free)
dash of sea salt
1 tbs oil
Apple juice or water till desired consistency.
Ener-G egg replacer for one egg
 
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients. Add egg replacer, oil and water or juice. Stir until well blended.
Cook on heated pan like pancakes until brown on each side.
