     Gluten free poultry gravy

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup homemade or gluten free chicken broth...I use Pacific brand
2 tbsp rice flour...can be white or brown
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp sage or more to taste
 

Instructions
Bring 2 cups broth to a boil over medium heat. Take some hot broth and place into jar with a screw lid. Place flour in the jar, secure lid and shake. Pour mixture into broth and stir. Add remaining seasonings and stir. Gravy should be bubbling and cooked till desired consistency.
