     Beer Bread

Ingredients
3 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 12 oz can beer
 

Instructions
Mix ingredients thoroughly and place dough in greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Immediately (as soon as loaf is cool enough not to burn you), remove from loaf pan, cover completely with butter, and wrap tightly in aluminum foil for at least 1 hour.
