1 tsp. prepared mustard (just plain mustard that you put on a hotdog)
1 cup shredded cheese (your pick)...I like mont. jack
6-8 eggs slightly beaten (10 egg, bake an extra 5 min.)
2 cup half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. nutmeg (opt.)
Instructions
Use a greased 9x13 pan. Layer bread slices enough to cover the dish. Crush the sausage that has been cooked and drained.
Add mustard and mix. Sprinkle sausage mixture over bread. Add. cheese. Combine and Pour eggs, cream salt, worcestershire sauce and nutmeg over cheese. Refridgerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min. in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 35 minutes if you use 10 eggs.
