Preptime   1hr

Ingredients
1 lb. 4 oz. chicken breast
2 tsps paprika
2 tsps garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 and 1/2 cups flour
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk

Instructions
First cut the the chicken into thin slices, holding the knife at an angle. Put the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small mixing bowl, and mix together well.
Place the pieces of chicken in the bowl and rub in the mixed spices so they fully coat the chicken. Put the flour, beatten eggs, and milk in a large mixing bowl, and wisk or stir the batter vigorously until smooth.
Line a dish with paper towels to absorb exess oil after frying. Pour a generous amount of cooking oil into a fairly large pan and heat it to 350 degrees farenheight.
Coat the season chicken with the batter, that you already made. Put the battered chicken into the hot oil one piece at a time. Once the batter crisps slightly, turn the pieces of chicken over in the pan and deep-fry them until fully crisp. Use a skimmer (optional) to transfer the fried chicken to the paper towel lined plate. READY TO SERVE
Serving Suggestions
Serve the chicken with a side dish like potatoes.
