1 pound can whole cranberry sauce
|

1 cup boiling water
|

1 package strawberry gelatin
|

1 T lemon juice
|
|
1/4 tsp. salt
|

1/2 cup mayo
|

1 finely dice apple
|

1/4 cup chopped nuts, optional
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix boiling water and gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved. Add lemon juice and salt.
|

Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Add mayo, and beat until fluffy.
|
|
|
Fold in cranberries, apples, and nuts.
|
|
|
Pour into mold, chill until firm.
