4 cups cooked and drained macaroni
|

3 cups thinly sliced cabbage

3 cups cubed swiss cheese

1 cup thinly sliced celery

1 cup thinly sliced carrots

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1 tsp. salt
|
|
1 cup mayo (or to taste)
|

1/2 cup sour cream
|

Instructions |
|
|
Toss macaroni, cabbage, cheese, celery, carrots, and onions. Mix well.
|

Combine mayo, sour cream, mustard and salt. Mix well.

Stir mayo mixture into macaroni, mix well.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled through.
