Mix milk, sugar and salt in sauce pan over low heat. Heat to boiling. DO NOT STIR. Then cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and follow next step.
Add marshmallows, chocolate chips until melted. Stir a little longer, pour in a buttered 9 inch pan.
