     Easy Oven Chili Beef Bake

Ingredients
1 pound hamburger
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups Corn chips
1 T chili powder
 
1 T flour
1 cup tomatoe sauce
1 1/2 cups drained chili beans
1/2 cup drained sliced ripe olives
Instructions
Combine meat, milk, onions, green peppers, salt, pepper, chili powder in large skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
Add flour and stir well. Add tomatoe sauce, chili beans and olives. Blend well.
Cover bottom of casserole with 1 cup corn chips.
Pour in meat mixture. Top with remaining corn chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
