     New York Cheesecake

1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1/4 lb. butter
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 pint sour cream
4 eggs
3 tbl. lemon juice
3 tbl. vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tlb. cornstarch
3 tbl. flour
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup melted butter

Crust- Mix all ingredients, press into bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan.
Filling- Mix all ingredients together, pour into crust lined pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. After this baking time, turn oven off, leave in oven additional hour, with door ajar. Cool in refrigerator overnight before serving.
